Walk with us.
We meet at our office on Wednesdays at 9:30 a.m. After a walk close to the lake, as you are able, everyone can contribute to the conversation while having a cup of coffee or tea.

Camrose Co-op BBQ supporting HSCD Friday, Aug. 14 (11:00 a.m. to 2:00p.m.)
The local co-op store is supporting non-profit organizations by sponsoring a BBQ.
The BBQ will be outside their store located at 5010 48a Ave, Camrose, AB.
Grilled hamburgers will be on sale starting from $5.00. Prices may change as per the Co-op organizers.

This is a two-hour session that is limited to 5 and requires a minimum of two participants to run.
Learn about the beginnings of grieving and mourning, along with reactions and more. After this session, each person's case will be assessed to see how we can serve you through this time.

Adult Grief Support Group (8 wks) Sept. 15 to Nov. 3 (TBD)
Who: Those who are 18+ and dealing with a lost through death of someone.
When: Apr. 14 to June 2, 2026 every Tuesday from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m.
What will you learn:
- Understand the facets of grief.
- Recognize the grief journey is different for every single person
- Additional resource to use in comping with grief.
